Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Senior Facilities Manager to join our Americas Performance Hub team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the broader hotel and corporate teams, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Facilities Manager supports owned, managed, and franchised hotels across the Americas to ensure facilities are maintained in compliance with Hyatt standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability objectives. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Facilities, this position combines technical expertise with administrative coordination to drive operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across hotel facilities and regional programs.

This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
