A company is looking for a Loan Processor - Loan Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Process loan applications and collect necessary documentation for loans
Verify loans and submit to Underwriting within 24 hours of receipt
Coordinate closing details and ensure timely delivery of closing documents
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mortgage lending, preferably in processing
Working knowledge of loan program guidelines including conventional and government loans
Proficiency in DU / LP / GUS and / or other major loan origination systems
Ability to calculate income accurately
Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour week schedule
