[job_card.job_description]Proven experience in developing and deploying Agentic AI systems solutions, preferably in financial services Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLMs, like LLaMA, OpenAI, Bedrock etc Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture Hands-on experience on designing solutions using agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel and AutoGen. Having experience in implementing AI Agent design patterns Experience in implementing agent-to-agent communication frameworks and multi-agent task handling systems, Agents based on MCP. Proficiency in any of the software development languages Python, Java , C# etc. Work Experience with cloud-based services and designing / building on the cloud, especially Azure; Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Design and developing Agentic solutions. Experience with DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines in cloud environments.
