HVAC Technician

At Wesley Heating & Cooling, we take pride in keeping homes and businesses in Green Bay comfortable year-round. We are now hiring a full-time HVAC Technician to join our trusted team. This role offers a competitive annual pay range of $60,000 – $80,000 (hourly + bonuses) along with valuable benefits including a co-op tool program, company vehicle, uniforms, and online courses through Learning Solutions. THE TYPE OF HVAC TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

HVAC diploma or related training is preferred.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN

Our HVAC Technicians work Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM . Overtime opportunities are available, and there will be on-call responsibilities as part of the rotation. Each workday begins by reporting to our central location before heading out to the assigned job site or service area.

You will start by checking in at our central location before going out to serve customers in the Green Bay area. You will spend your day maintaining heating and AC systems, handling repairs, and troubleshooting issues to restore comfort quickly and effectively. Customer interaction will be a big part of your work, as you will build trust and provide clear, professional service while resolving their heating and cooling needs.
