A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager (Weekends Required, Flexible Hours) (B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to effectively respond to customer inquiries
Provide weekend support coverage via email, ensuring timely handling of customer inquiries and release-related issues
Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot software issues and prioritize resolutions
Required Qualifications :
Experience as a Rehab Clinician (e.g., SLP, OT, PT, COTA, PTA)
Highly analytical mindset with superior troubleshooting skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful learner capable of working independently
Experience in dynamic work settings that demand adaptability
Availability for required weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday)
