Nursing Administrator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Orlando for a Nurse Administrator. The role involves managing operations, overseeing patient care, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and regulations, along with RCM. The Nurse Administrator will work closely with the medical director and administrative team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with strong practice administration skills
• Experience in fertility care, women's health, or related medical fields
• Proficient administrative, RCM, organizational abilities, and experience in team management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and / or MBA qualification preferred
• Empathy and passion for supporting individuals and families in their fertility and reproductive journeys

About The IVF Center

We are a well established comprehensive Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility center that provides all services on site - group practice privately owned medical clinic and academic partner with UCF. All our physicians are Board certified specialists who are core faculty Professors at the UCF College of Medicine. We maintain a credentialed IVF laboratory and outstanding embryology team with an accredited office based surgery center. Uniquely, we provide an ACGME fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility as well as the education of residents and medical students. Our research center with CRCs oversee our national and international studies. The IVF Center mission is to transform the field of reproductive health by prioritizing the patient experience through extraordinary and innovative clinical care and by our commitment to education and research.
