A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst - Policies and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain best-in-class policies and procedures to ensure consistent documentation and adherence
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement necessary policies and procedures that enhance customer experience
Conduct regular reviews and monitor policy-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy and procedure development and implementation, preferably in workforce benefits
Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to benefits products
Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational management, or a related field
Experience in establishing a policies and procedures capability within an organization is a plus
