Canton RevKids Minister

Position Summary: Oversee all Children's Ministries Birth-5th Grade at Canton Campus, execute the GROW Strategy in Canton RevKids Ministry.

• Dependable church attendance at Revolution Church.
• Signed commitment to The Revolution Church Stewardship Covenant.

Essential Functions:

• Lead and manage Canton RevKids staff.
• Oversee the recruitment, coordination, and development of RevKids team members.
• Develop and execute an age-appropriate curriculum to teach the GROW Strategy.
• Develop and manage the budget for Canton events.
• Communicate vision and strategy for Canton of RevKids.
• Troubleshoot problem areas and correct them as needed.
• Develop measurable goals for Canton RevKids employees and volunteers.
• Collaborate with all other Campus Kids Ministers and Directors.
• Attends staff and departmental meetings, complies with company attendance policy, observes all safety procedures and policies, and participates in training as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
