Each venue offers indoor and outdoor space for public and private parties and hosts an impressive schedule of events including concerts, charitable fundraisers, watch parties and more.

The Director of Sales (DoS) is the team coach. They help motivate, mentor and hold their team accountable to reach their highest potential in sales. They oversee reporting for their team and have an understanding of the sales numbers and strategy for their venue. They understand where each team member is in their development and know when to push individuals and the team and when to celebrate efforts. They work closely with the local GM to continuously strategize opportunities to ensure success at their venue.
Sales Strategy
Store Sales Strategy :
- Owns the event and catering sales strategy for their venue
- Effectively communicates the strategy and plan to the sales team and Operations Leadership
- Tracks results and communicates needs to the Sales and Operations teams
- Manages the strategic plan to engage with new and existing clients to grow sales
