Position : Production Operator

Type : Contract to Hire

Location : Southeast Austin, Tx

Pay Rate : $18 / hr + 15% night shift differential

Shifts : 6 : 55AM-7 : 10PM

6 : 55PM-7 : 10AM

Key Functions :

• Assist and train other employees as needed
• Recommend improvements to equipment processes using statistical techniques
• Will perform physical and repetitive machine operations (loading, unloading, pushing)
• Will work in a fast-paced environment while providing attention to detail and quality output
• Monitor the manufacturing process or equipment indices using statistical methods to ensure quality
• Set up, operate, and coordinate work station activities in a wafer manufacturing or test area devoted to both production and process development
• Interact with other team members toward the solution of problems and the fulfillment of manufacturing objectives and participate in natural work group teams for continuous improvement
