Job Summary

As a Senior Product Advisor (SPA) you lead prospecting and sales presentations in person and over the phone to small and mid?sized merchants and businesses, ultimately closing deals in a fast sales cycle. You report to a Payroll Division Manager, receive coaching from a Territory Manager, and work closely with local PDM or PTM to set appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions. After training, you will set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients.
  • Maintain client records in Atlas CRM, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information.
  • Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first?time appointments to secure a win.
  • Continuously build knowledge of the current product / service portfolio and industry developments.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one?on?one sessions with leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Successful completion of a pre?employment background check.
  • Resident of the area relative to the job posting location.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Incentive?driven sales hunter.
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Enjoys cold?calling and face?to?face interactions.
  • Accountable for measurable, high?quality, timely results.
  • Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • First?year professional may expect an average of $90,000$105,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
