In This Role, You Will
- Utilize a software-based solution to create an efficient and effective daily delivery schematic that maximizes company resources and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update the routing software database daily to ensure that all key elements are current, reliable, and accurate at all times.
- Collaborate frequently with sales and operations management to ensure that customer service and operational goals are met and exceeded.
- Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to printing invoices, running reports, preparing delivery documents, responding to voice mails and emails, and fulfilling special requests.
- Solicit and process driver feedback on the daily routes and make necessary adjustments to improve routing and delivery performance.
- Make daily decisions on delivery routes to ensure that proper service levels are achieved, balancing customer satisfaction and operational metrics.
- Perform various other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the company.
What You Bring To RNDC
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).One to three months related experience.Preferably one year transportation experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with Roadnet routing software preferred.The employee will occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.Should be able to learn and utilize order processing systems and internet software such as GreenMile and Geotab.Ability to work overtime if needed.What's In It For You

Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industryIndustry certifications to include : CSW, CSS, WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, Sake Specialist
