Specialty : Pediatric Step-Down / Pediatric Rehab (not PCU)

Shift : 3×12 Rotating | 36 hours / week

Weekends : Every other weekend

Start Date : 08 / 13 / 2025 or ASAP

Floating : Within specialty & to lower acuity units as needed

On-Call : Not required

Scrubs : Any color or pattern

Position Overview

The Pediatric Step-Down RN will provide specialized nursing care on a mixed pediatric rehab unit serving patients recovering from complex medical and traumatic conditions. This is not a PCU role — it is a dedicated pediatric rehabilitation and step-down environment requiring strong pediatric experience and advanced respiratory management skills.

The RN will work with patients ranging from infancy to adolescence, delivering comprehensive care, collaborating with multidisciplinary therapy teams, and ensuring safe transitions throughout the recovery process.
