Principal duties and responsibilities : The FP&A Sr Analyst's duties will include the following :

  • Maintenance and support for existing ecosystem of Power BI models / reports used to explain and display financial variances
  • Development of new Power BI models / reports with range of audiences including finance, operations and commercial teams as well as company executives
  • Ownership of budgeting and forecasting tool Anaplan. Maintain system data and processes that allow users to accurately budget and forecast for growing fleet of 500+ sites
  • Collaborate with members of the broader FP&A team to understand pain points with current processes and reporting, help to research and implement solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to promote and enhance data visibility
  • Support with ad hoc and routine data requests, analysis and reporting

    • Desired skills and expertise :

  • 3+ years' experience in maintaining and enhancing enterprise-level data infrastructure
  • Experience creating and maintaining Power BI data models & reporting
  • Experience with BPC, Anaplan or a similar planning tool.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) including experience with financial reporting, forecasting and analysis across the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows.
  • Ability to work effectively with accounting systems and data, SAP preferred.
  • Experience with complex models in Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English

    • Education : Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
