The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information:

The Heart Institute is growing! We are expanding to support the community and adding to our already robust interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery services lines. If you are an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant that is competent with managing critical care patients, open heart patients, those requiring mechanical circulatory support and ECMO then this position is for you. This position is located at Lee Health HealthPark Medical Center. It is a shift-based position with both days and nights available.Lee Physician Group utilizes EPIC EHS and Dragon Dictation software in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications:

• Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (Acute pathway preferred) or Physician Assistant
• Active, unrestricted license in the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain this license prior to start
• Current BLS and ACLS credentials through the American Heart Association
• Experience working with Cardiac and Critical Care patients
