Empire Management Group is hiring Telecommunications Customer Service Representatives to support our growing internet and connectivity campaign in the Seattle area. As a Telecommunications Customer Service Representative, you'll help customers manage their accounts, resolve service concerns, and stay connected through high-speed internet and telecom support. Key Responsibilities :
Respond to incoming customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and payment questions
Support internet service setup, troubleshooting, and configuration of connectivity devices
Guide customers through modem and router setup and resolve basic technical issues
Coordinate installation scheduling, order updates, and service adjustments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account changes
Collaborate with customer service, sales, and technical teams to escalate and resolve service-impacting concerns
Promote customer retention by helping clients explore updated service options and solutions
Meet performance standards for service quality, responsiveness, and account support
