We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Columbia, Maryland .

  • Scope of Practice : The incoming provider will offer comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 18 and older .
  • Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed; collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers; and educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
  • Schedule : Highly flexible full-time schedule; no evenings or weekends required.
  • Compensation : Offering competitive compensation and complete benefits

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of primary care experience highly preferred
  • Experience in managing chronic conditions, acute care, and womens health preferred
  • State licensure and board certification is required
  • Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
