We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Columbia, Maryland .

- Scope of Practice : The incoming provider will offer comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 18 and older .
- Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed; collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers; and educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
- Schedule : Highly flexible full-time schedule; no evenings or weekends required.
