Description

Cash Application Processing - Southern Motion and Fusion

  • Cash entry - Cash, Checks, Wires, and ACH payment
  • Cancel payments
  • Sales entries - Intercompany exchanges, remove and / or add credits and invoices from or to AR
  • Balance cash entry and send totals to the correct departments for review and reports to be run.
  • Make sure all entries are being made to the correct GL codes and bank accounts.

Credit Deductions Processing - Southern Motion and Fusion

  • Enter credit (SOMO) or sales entries (Fusion) to cover pricing issues, shipping / freight issues, and customer service problems.
  • Enter credit for Vender Dealer Agreements - this can include credits on every check, monthly, quarterly, or yearly credits to certain dealers.
  • Collect information from dealers, reps, and other employees at SOMO and Fusion. Then disperse to the correct people to make sure the information was approved or denied credit.
  • Make sure all entries are being made to the correct GL codes and bank accounts.

    • Requirements

    Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent,.
  • General computer skills.
  • Previous experience with Cash Application, Deduction Management, or Collections is a plus.

    • Work Environment

  • This job operates in a professional office environment.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
