A company is looking for an IT Customer Engagement Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Establishes IT / business engagement models and develops relationships with key business stakeholders
Gathers market research and participates in business strategy conversations to leverage technology and data
Collaborates with internal IT teams to ensure customer needs are met and manages risks and concerns
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in the P&C industry
Strong technology expertise in digital, automation, data, and analytics
Experience in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
Prior experience in driving business transformation and large-scale technology initiatives
Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
