Veterinary Receptionist

Job Description

We're seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! You'll be the first point of contact for clients scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, and helping ensure every visit runs smoothly.

Experience in a veterinary office is great, but not required. We're happy to train the right person with strong customer service skills and a love for animals.

We offer both full-time and part-time schedules. Health insurance and paid time off (full-time employees only)-employee discounts on veterinary services and a supportive team-oriented environment.

Requirements : Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Comfortable using computers and scheduling software. Compassion for pets and their owners.

Pay : Starting at $14.00 an hour, depending on experience.
