[job_card.job_description]Write lesson plans based on High Scope Curriculum Plan age-appropriate activities to creatively engage children Communicate professionally with parents through informal discussions, daily review, parent / teacher conferences Lead by example, encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans from a curriculum, a plus CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field, is a plus High school diploma or equivalent The ability to meet state requirements for education Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children Strong Christian character which includes regular disciplines such as Bible reading, prayer and participates in church life Attend staff meetings and complete a minimum of 20 hours of professional development per year We will support your work / life balance by offering flexible schedules, paid time off, and more. Pleasant View Early Learning is a registered ministry striving to intertwine God's word, with a robust curriculum in a safe, warm, and caring countryside setting in Warsaw, Indiana!
- Build a learning experience where exploration, creativity and nurturing are key!
- Promote spiritual, social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in their care.
- Work as a team in classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus follow all regulatory guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe environment for every child.
- Build relationships, partner and professionally communicate with enrolled and prospective families to further their child's success.
