Ally Psychiatry is expanding in the greater Nashville area and seeking a compassionate, skilled ABA / Clinical Psychologist to join our growing behavioral health team. This role offers the opportunity to provide a blend of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychological testing, and outpatient therapy within a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

Position Highlights :

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, cognitive testing, and behavioral assessments
• Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults
• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and BCBA professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing program development
• Flexible scheduling options and strong administrative support
