What You’ll Do:
- Manage Appointments: Work with warm listing and buyer appointments generated by our dedicated marketing and inside-sales team.
- Consultative Sales: Convert leads through a professional consultative approach and diligent follow-up.
- Client Guidance: Conduct buyer and seller consultations, detailed market analyses, and engaging open houses.
- Transaction Oversight: Oversee deals from contract to closing with the full support of our administrative team.
- Advanced Deal Structuring: Learn and apply creative structures such as cash offers, guaranteed sale programs, seller finance, and subject-to.
- Pipeline Growth: Cultivate long-term client relationships to expand your personal business and referral network.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensing: Active Oregon and/or Washington real estate license (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days).
- Commitment: Full-time dedication—this is a high-level career, not a side gig.
- Mindset: Coachable, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a relentless work ethic.
- Skills: Excellent communicator with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proactive: Comfortable with daily prospecting and outbound outreach to maintain momentum.
- Tech-Savvy: Ready to adopt and master our proven systems and digital tools.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Compensation Perks:
- Income Range: $48,226.91 – $196,492.21+ per year (directly tied to production).
- Success Path: Top producers commonly earn $120K–$170K+ in their first year on our team.
- Supplemental Pay: Commission pay and performance-based bonus pay.
- Benefits: Flexible schedule with self-determined hours; Monday–Friday core hours with weekend availability required for client needs.
