Monitor and assess residents health status, recording and reporting changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Maintain and update medical records and care documentation. Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff as needed. Uphold infection control, safety, and quality care standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
