Overview :

Job Description : Assumes responsibility, accountability, provides leadership for daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, and team member supervision in assigned area of an operating center. Facilitates staff management, in a multi skilled, multi functional environment and coordinates quality improvement activities, resolution of customer service issues, and management and monitoring of resource utilization.
