Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working existing customers and new acquisitions The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance with customers internet and cable service provider needs
• Carry out customer sales.
• Schedule Installations
• Send customers confirmation emails and follow up with customers
• Take added responsibility with growth opportunities in the company
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a tablet or smart phone to place orders
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
