About the Role

You'll play a key role in tax compliance and strategy, including preparing tax forms, coordinating with consultants, conducting research, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, multitasking ability, and a solid understanding of tax laws and accounting principles.

What You'll Do

Prepare partnership tax schedules for construction entities (LLCs).

Respond to tax notices and assist with audits / examinations.

Research and implement efficient tax strategies (property and sales taxes).

Manage direct pay permits and resale certificates.

Prepare quarterly tax schedules and assist with year-end K-1 preparation.

Maintain capital tables and coordinate across departments for compliance.

What We're Looking For

Education :

Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's in Taxation a plus).

Credentials :

CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.

Experience :

3-5 years in public accounting or industry mix.

Strong knowledge of partnership, sales, and property taxes.

Familiarity with construction-specific tax codes and multi-joint venture accounting.
