Machine Design Engineer

Established in 1982, we are a privately-owned and operated business designing and building custom thermoforming machinery. We work hard to deliver great, built-to-last machines and we maintain a strong focus on the development of our teammates.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of machinery design, from concept to completion.

You'll work closely with our production teams to create cutting-edge equipment that meets the highest

standards of efficiency and reliability. Your responsibilities will include :

• ? Developing detailed mechanical designs using CAD software.
• ? Performing calculations and simulations to ensure structural integrity and performance.
• ? Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including blueprints and specifications.
• ? Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to select and integrate components.
• ? Specification of motor hp, gearbox torque, bearings and shafts for various applications.
