Key Responsibilities
Develop, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation
Research workflows to validate accuracy and ensure documentation reflects current processes
Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts to gather detailed operational information
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in producing detailed business or technical documentation
Expertise in documentation governance and audit-ready standards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with documentation governance platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
