What You’ll Do
Greet and assist members, providing outstanding service and accurate banking information.Maintain strict confidentiality of all member transactions.Identify member needs and proactively offer relevant products and services.Open and close the branch as needed.Serve as second-in-command to the Branch Manager, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.Support and coach team members to enhance the member experience.Research and resolve account issues in collaboration with the Branch Manager.Observe transactions and provide constructive feedback using coaching tools.Perform additional duties as assigned.What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of banking experience .At least 3 years of supervisory experience .Credit union experience is preferred.Background in customer service, sales , or a related field.Experience with IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts) is a plus.Strong time management and prioritization skills.A positive, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.What We Offer
