Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct interviews, surveys, and observational research to uncover customer needs and pain points
Analyze industry trends, market size, growth drivers, and buyer behavior to inform strategic decisions
Track and evaluate competitor offerings, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in product research, market analysis, or a related strategic role
Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources
Experience in the insurance industry and understanding of data consumption for risk identification
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Familiarity with tools like Excel and platforms like Snowflake or Jupyter Notebook is a plus
