Civitas Health Services, Inc. is seeking to hire highly skilled and motivated Full Time RBT's, BT's and / or BCAT's, for our ABA Therapy Program in our Richmond location with a $1,000 Sign On Bonus!!

This position provides a unique career opportunity for any ABA professional who's looking to excel in a team-oriented and clinical environment, where your skills and creativity can be the focus of your practice.

  • Competitive Salaries from $46,082.40 / year up to $53,082.40 / year based on experience
  • Monthly Bonus Program(MAP)- Additional potential earning up to $ 10,000 annually

Some Essential Job Duties

  • Manage a caseload of individuals providing comprehensive services, holistic behavioral techniques, and interventions that will improve the individual's adaptive functioning in major life areas
  • Provide direct behavioral educational services to individuals using a variety of evidenced-based psycho-educational techniques
  • Works with individuals one-on-one or in groups using applied behavior modification techniques
  • Records and manages the individual educational and behavioral data and participates in the evaluation, assessing needs, and planning goals for the individuals

    • Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Service field
  • Current RBT certification in good standing or willingness to complete certification training
  • Some experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and / or other developmental and intellectual disabilities will be a plus
  • Able to drive and have a valid driver's license
  • Comfortable driving to the home of clients to provide services if need be
