Civitas Health Services, Inc. is seeking to hire highly skilled and motivated Full Time RBT's, BT's and / or BCAT's, for our ABA Therapy Program in our Richmond location with a $1,000 Sign On Bonus!!

Some Essential Job Duties
Manage a caseload of individuals providing comprehensive services, holistic behavioral techniques, and interventions that will improve the individual's adaptive functioning in major life areasProvide direct behavioral educational services to individuals using a variety of evidenced-based psycho-educational techniquesWorks with individuals one-on-one or in groups using applied behavior modification techniquesRecords and manages the individual educational and behavioral data and participates in the evaluation, assessing needs, and planning goals for the individualsJob Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Service fieldCurrent RBT certification in good standing or willingness to complete certification trainingSome experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and / or other developmental and intellectual disabilities will be a plusAble to drive and have a valid driver's licenseComfortable driving to the home of clients to provide services if need beCivitas Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace.
