Service Technician

We're seeking a

• Service Technician
• to support maintenance and repair operations. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working independently, this role is for you.
• What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair
• plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
• Document repairs accurately in
• work order software
• Track parts and materials to maintain inventory
• Follow
• manufacturer service specifications
• and safety guidelines
• Perform physical tasks (standing, stooping, crawling, bending)
• Inspect vehicles, diagnose issues, and communicate findings for parts procurement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• What You Need
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting
• plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with
• work order management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable in varying conditions (heat, humidity, cold)
• Ability to lift up to
• 50 lbs
