    • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage  audit engagements from planning through completion
  • Supervise and mentor  audit staff and seniors
  • Build and maintain  strong client relationships
  • Ensure quality  and compliance with professional standards
  • Identify opportunities  for additional services and business development
  • Collaborate  with Partners on strategic initiatives and firm growth

    • What We're Looking For

    Experience & Qualifications :

  • CPA certification  required
  • 5-7+ years of audit experience  in public accounting
  • Management experience  leading audit teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
