The Director of Information Technology / Information Security Officer (ISO) leads the organization's IT strategy, operations and cybersecurity program. This role is responsible for reliable, secure and scalable technology services while establishing and maintaining an enterprise information security program that reduces risk, supports compliance obligations and enables business goals. The position serves as a key liaison across all departments, leveraging technology to enable football and business operations and maintain a sustained competitive advantage.

Education and/or experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience. Security and/or IT certifications (one or more): CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, GIAC, Security+, ITIL, Microsoft/AWS certs. Minimum of 8 years' work experience within Information Technology with at least 5 years in management and strategic experience within an Information Technology setting. Experience leading audits/compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, PCI, etc.). Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) and modern endpoint management (MDM/MAM). Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate group meetings. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT operations (identity, endpoints, networking, cloud/SaaS, backups, patching). Demonstrated ability to build security programs (policies, controls, risk assessments, incident response, vendor risk). Experience managing budgets, vendors and service delivery in a business-critical environment. Strong communication skills; able to explain risk and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation and benefits: The salary range for this position is: $175,000 $225,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set. We offer excellent benefits.
