Hands?on ServiceNow development experience, particularly in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. Strong problem?solving and debugging skills. Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript. Ability and willingness to learn new things in a fast?paced environment. Comfortable with assisting other developers and providing training and support. Front?facing UX / UI development experience preferred. Passion for strategic planning and process improvement. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross?functional teams and stakeholders. Successful background check results required for employment in this position. Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite of employment. The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) will not sponsor applicants for work visas. The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay. Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support ITSM and other enterprise service delivery needs.
- Promote platform adoption by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and helping establish a ServiceNow Center of Excellence to scale knowledge and innovation across teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed specifications for projects built within ServiceNow.
- Provide day-to-day general support, administration, and maintenance of applications and workflows built in ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, integrations, and performance.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
