A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor.
Key Responsibilities :
Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation
Communicate with Loan Originators, customers, and underwriters to obtain necessary documentation
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
Experience with Encompass software
Ability to work varying hours and meet deadlines
