Key Responsibilities
Support customers throughout the process from obtaining to actively using the IpsiHand device
Coordinate customer events including EEG testing, delivery, training, and returns or repairs
Manage inbound sales and support requests through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of sales or customer service experience or equivalent
Sales focused and customer-centric attitude
Self-motivated and competitive nature
Experience with rehabilitation and stroke is a plus
