We are actively looking to expand our team near ORLEANS, MI, and currently have open dates for coverage starting ASAP. This position involves a 24-hour call shift, providing crucial support for Labor and Delivery during a maternity leave period.

Job Details

  • Open Dates : Immediate start
  • Shift : 24-hour call, 8 a.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Practice Setting : Hospital / Call for Labor Delivery
  • Reason for Coverage : Maternity Leave
  • Dates of Coverage : 2 / 5 / 2024 - 4 / 30 / 2024
  • Call Ratio : 1 : 3 (Shared with 2 other Physicians)
  • Average # of Inpatient Admissions Per Day : 1-3 deliveries on average
  • Level 1 Nursery
  • Lvl III Trauma
  • # of Nursery Beds : 4 labor rooms and 5 recovery rooms
  • EMR : Meditech Expanse
  • Credentialing Timeline : 30-90 days dependent on file
