A well-established, beverage company that operates multiple distribution businesses across the Midwest and Southeast is seeking an AP Specialist to join its corporate accounting team. About the Role

The AP Specialist will support accounts payable across several entities and locations, ensuring timely, accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, ACH / EFT payments, and reconciliations. This is a fully onsite role where you'll learn from experienced accounting professionals and gradually take on more advanced responsibilities.

What You'll Do

Sort, code, match, and enter invoices into multiple systems

Prepare and process electronic payments, including ACH / EFT

Perform check runs and maintain AP records

Reconcile AP transactions and research discrepancies

Support internal audit tasks and cross-functional accounting needs

What We're Looking For

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

2+ years of AP experience

Stable work history and strong attention to detail

Ability to stay organized, manage shifting priorities, and follow instructions

Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
