- Agile Expertise: Proven experience in Leading Agile development projects, with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Project Management: Strong skills with a track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant software).
- Background in software development or other technical areas.
- Well versed in multiple styles of Release & Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative.
- Strong analytical skills with continuous process improvement mind set.
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
- Knack for fostering positive relationships and ability to communicate at all organization levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
- Ability to facilitate Brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned from implementation with business and BPR, and Information Technology
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
- High level of professionalism, energy and sense of urgency to “make things happen”.
- Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering, scoping, planning, and review sessions across multiple teams
- Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Agile Leadership: Implement and advocate for Agile best practices, guiding the team through Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Product Management: Act as a product owner when necessary, defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and frameworks.
