This CDL A driving position offers steady miles and a dependable weekly schedule for drivers who want consistent work without unpredictable routing. The fleet runs long-haul refrigerated freight with planned dispatch, allowing drivers to stay moving while still getting home every week. This job is designed for drivers who prefer stability instead of constantly changing lanes.
Drivers haul temperature-controlled freight on nationwide routes. Most loads are no-touch, with a combination of drop and hook and live load depending on the lane assignment. Dispatch works to keep trips planned ahead of time so drivers avoid long waits and keep their miles up throughout the week.
Equipment includes late-model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions pulling refrigerated trailers. Trucks are maintained on regular service intervals to help prevent downtime. Many units include inverters, and drivers may take the truck home if safe parking is available or park at approved company locations when needed.
Weekly pay ranges from $1,300–$1,500 based on miles and experience. Some fleets offer weekly guarantee pay along with bonus opportunities. Additional earnings may include detention pay, layover pay, and stop pay. Drivers also receive a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off after eligibility.

Requirements: Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, be at least 21 years old, meet DOT requirements, and pass background and drug screening.
