• 2 valid forms of ID and the ability to work in the United States.
• Article 9 training or Prevention and Support or CPI (not mandatory)
• Valid Arizona Finger Print clearance card
• CPR cert
• First cert
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• TB
• Physical
• 3 references
• Covid vaccination (not mandatory)
• MMR (not mandatory)
• Fit Mask Test (not mandatory)
