Contract Analyst

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst - Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve roadblocks

Manage data integration for timely contract and purchase order issuances

Track RFPs, RFQs, contracts, purchase orders, and maintain financial documentation

Required Qualifications

2 years in a construction, engineering, or related field

1 year of document management experience

Experience in contracts, negotiations, and records management practices

Familiarity with financial processes such as chart of accounts and GAP

Proficient in Google Suites
