A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor to handle loan processing tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Verify, compile, and input mortgage loan application information

Review loan applications for completeness and compliance with standards

Submit mortgage loan files for underwriting approval and communicate with relevant parties regarding documentation

Required Qualifications

Two or more years of loan processing experience or completion of Xinnix Training with a mentor

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to make sound judgments and exercise independent judgment

Organizational skills to prioritize workload effectively

Experience overseeing junior loan processors, if applicable
