Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. Must be a BCBA student. If you are not studying to become a BCBA this role is not for you. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you work with.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing interventions
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
Skills
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis
- Familiarity with special education practices
- Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and their families
Requirements
- Must have RBT Certification from BACB
- Must have RBT Certification from NVABA

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 40 per week
