Qualifications:

• Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience preferred
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skill
• Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification
• Valid drivers license

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation based on experience, knowledge, skills, and location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data
• Estimated Annual Full Time Compensation: $153K to $206K (This position is paid on a per-visit basis plus mileage)
• $2.5-5k sign-on bonus - To qualify, applicants must meet all required qualifications and criteria outlined in the job description.
• Mileage reimbursement at federal rate
