Core Duties of a Management Team Trainee :

You'll be the friendly face of our AT&T partnership, engaging customers directly to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Mastering the art of telecom sales, you'll introduce and effectively sell a range of cutting-edge AT&T products and services to new and existing customers.

Proactively seeking out and executing sales opportunities in various settings, ensuring a top-tier customer experience from start to finish.

Participating in hands-on leadership development and strategy sessions alongside other Management Team Trainees to prepare for a Management role.

Learning and implementing effective campaign strategies to drive market share for the AT&T brand.

Mentoring new team members as you progress, solidifying your leadership and coaching skills.

Maintaining a deep and up-to-date knowledge of all AT&T product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

Consistently tracking and reporting sales and productivity metrics to drive continuous improvement.
